3. What must the first version do? Focus on the smallest workflow that would make the application genuinely useful.
4. What does it need to connect to? Existing databases, payments, APIs, websites or other services can affect the technical approach.
5. What would success look like? Saving staff time, increasing orders, reducing errors, improving customer service or enabling a completely new service?
